The organization provides excellent training, especially for new insurance agents.
Cons
They are scandalous. Many people have gotten divorced or committed suicide as a result of the stress from this job. The products are crap, the marketing is non-existent, and the expectations are ridiculous. There is no work life balance. They even expected people to work on Christmas day, because you could find large groups of families together and maybe they would all buy insurance from you.... it's the
