Pros

Great company and products. They also cover just about every one. Their new Critical Illness 26 conditions is an incredible product.

Cons

Terrible sales leaders on the team I was added to. When incredible sales agents are promoted to be sales leaders but lack of any experience in leadership, communication and listening. No true leadership and they try to treat you like an employee as well as try to demand respect based on their position.

Pros

- Relatively high commissions - Industry-leading products - Persistent support from management - Good incentives awarded for hitting sales goals This is a great position for someone looking to get into the insurance/sales industry.

Cons

- Inconsistent results from person to person - Commission only - Limited product offering (can't always suit the needs of all clients) - Persistent "support" from management (they don't put the clients first - just want the $$$) I wouldn't recommend starting in this company (or any commission-only role, for that matter) if you do not currently have a consistent income to support the "low ebbs" that you may face.
