Pros

There are no pro's as it is a commission job.

Cons

Commission jobs with no base salary. The provided leads are worthless. You incur expenses for driving around for appointments yet practically no one wants the policies sold by Combined Insurance.

Pros

Freedom to create own schedule

Cons

Zero support from area leaders. Weekly meetings rarely garner any insights to increasing sales. Leads are terrible and typically render nothing. If you're new to the industry this company gives little to no support. Not a good mix of business leads to individual leads. They only want you canvas for business groups typically. Advice from one leader to another is contradictory.
