      The people around you really care and want you to succeed. The company has a very systematic approach and training.

      Cons

      Too many meetings and calls. The stairway to platinum dollars are nearly impossible to use.

      Great company with some drawbacks

      Flexible schedule with great earning potential. Very supportive management staff, and great hands on training. Provision of a mentor to help get started

      Cons

      Mandatory meetings a far distance from service area that could easily have been accomplished via conference call. Highly demanding management. Unrealistic goals

      Thanks for taking the time to share this review. As you mentioned, our agents have the ability to earn a virtually unlimited income based on the volume of their sales. They also have the ability to set their own calendars for customer meetings at the times that work best for both the agent and the customer.
