Pros

If you're the type of person who likes to slack off at work, this is a great place to work. The location and the building is nice. Pretty diverse company.

Cons

The management is obsessed with numbers. As employees we have explained to them that the numbers don't necessarily reflect the amount of work we put in but they do not care. They will punish you when you cannot meet their unrealistic standards. They are also cheap, you don't make enough to be stressed behind their unrealistic standards and constant bullying. Zero room for growth, also. They just swap around the higher-ups with hardly any promotion from within.

TOP SALES DOESN'T USE THE SYSTEM

Pros

A solid look at insurance sales, door-to-door sales, learning the business.

Cons

Expect to work 7 days a week making phone calls on Saturday and Sunday and seeing customers Monday through Friday from dawn till way past dusk. Turnover in the sales force has to be 95% at best. The vast majority leave within 3 months. Even many top agents leave within a year. Even those Who Have Made It consistently to account executive or senior account executive. They simply get burned out, they can't keep up the pace, and they eventually realize that the grass really is greener elsewhere. No matter how well you do management always wants more. Sold 500 APV? Then you can sell another 500 even though it's 9PM. Sold 1,000? You can sell 3000 because somebody somewhere did it. So-called work-life balance is non-existent.

Pros

Great sales training program, nice cafeteria at HQ

Cons

Literally everything else. Avoid. This is not a professional insurance sales position. They churn and burn through agents and will wreck your income with massive chargebacks over which you have no control. And the insurance products pale by comparison to the Duck.
