Our successful agents rely heavily on referrals from their happy customers to help build their customer-base, but it is true that agents must also cultivate their own new business in other ways as well.       Combined Insurance is a company that provides excellent benefits, compensation and really cares about their employees. The company promotes its employees based on meritocracy.
