      Pros

      Extremely supportive, goal focused company. Having been in the insurance business for approx 5 years, I left another opportunity to come here, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The local management cares about us as employees, and we're not made to feel like we're just another number towards a bottom line. Continuous training focuses on helping us improve as agents and achieve our goals. Plus, the company provides free leads, which gives us a HUGE advantage!
