They train you in sales tactics and help in obtaining the insurance licenses.

Cons

Spend more time on meetings and talking than actually working, and that doesn't help because is a commission based job.

Quality training, partnerships with payroll companies, good incentives, bonuses and corporate meetings, W2 employee, medical, dental, vision, life benefits, 401k, great corporate brand

Cons

100% commission, feeling isolated from co-workers, commission statements that are extremely difficult to understand, strongly encouraged to embellish or make up number of sales appointments
