Built on sound fundamentals and processes. A nearly 100 year old company that focuses on the fundamentals of sales and development. Good compensation excellent benefits.

Cons

Recent turnover has been unsettling and lost agood deal of the support structures that made the culture so attractive.

No cons besides that there is always a lot of work to be done. You need to be an independent worker, efficient, and have a grand ability to multi-task.
