Pros
My experience has been, when I have ideas, people listen. In the past year, I have seen my ideas become reality. This was only possible because of an amazing and supportive team and managers who want to improve (and not just maintain). As an employee in our corporate headquarters, I have seen so many changes in the last year, and I am excited to see what happens next.
Cons
This is an old company, and with an old company comes a bit of a "set in your ways" mentality. There is a lot that needs to be done here. So if you come to Combined Insurance, don't expect to succeed unless you put in the hours and are willing to help the team move into the 21st century.
