Being in the insurance business is difficult but while Combined Insurance's training was exceptional, actually being in the field was a completely different story. Perhaps it was the trainer I got (but I don't think so), but there was no real support. There was badgering and old school pressuring and none of the training they provided was actually put into practice "in the real world."
I would've like to have been able to apply the training but instead it was nothing but breathing down my neck. I feel like I was mislead in a big way. Many good things out of this company but the actual work was atrocious. Old models.
My trainer was losing money. Only one or two people in the area actually made a decent living.
