Pros

Energetic employees, massive growth potential and career development. The people here are great and always looking out for one another. The Leadership team is very down to earth, approachable and truly listen to the needs of the employees. Management is constantly expanding on career development and there are a plenty of opportunities to get involved with various projects. I've been working here for about 18 months and plan to work here for many more to come.

Cons

I don't really have any.

Pros

Combined provides you with all you need to be a successful sales person. Their supplemental insurance products are excellent, Disability Income, Accident & sickness protection, Critical and Cancer policies and Life insurance. The training you are given takes you from a ZERO to a hero! Starting with License training , Two weeks in their Chicago Sales School and then paid field training. They give you an ongoing supply of company paid leads, Full benefits, bonuses, residuals... its a great vehicle for anyone looking at a sales career.

Cons

You need to be highly desciplined, have great time management skills and be super moivated. You need to be a self starter since once you are trained your managers do not micro manage. There really are no regulare hours so you need to be flexible with your schedule.
