Pros

The positive thing is that they are always hiring so that if you need a job, have some experience in sales and are willing to give it a try you will probably be hired. Part of the culture includes having a positive mental attitude.

Cons

They are very old fashioned in the approach to sales. It is a one shot close, you go in, you sell and you're out. This approach often leads to cancellations because you haven't developed a relationship with the client. The result then becomes that you are always trying to keep up with charge backs. Also you have no protection of your clients, if you manage to develop a relationship with someone, they will then send in another 20 agents to try to upsell your client. This undermines the intial agents credibility. You only get residuals for five years.
