The managers are coworkers are always to help you acheive your objectives. They also provide you with a list of clients to get the ball rolling

Cons

You have to follow their training program which last one month. It is basically to help you past the amf exam. However the amoint of time spent to study for the examenation is to long for the diffculty of it
