      I tried hard but could not find a pro.

      Cons

      Door To Door. Forcing people to sell your insurance or begging them to buy. This job can be very stressful is this is your only source of income. You can stay months without any money coming in, a situation where you don't want to find yourself in if you have rent and bills. Never sure to make a deal and people sometimes retract after you left thinking you made a deal.

      Pros

      Management is phenomenal. They really care about your workload and growing your career. Pay and benefits are above standard relative to experience. Great health insurance benefits with medium costs.

      Cons

      The software utilized by the company is very dated, which is somewhat normal for the healthcare industry. Their business processes can be frustrating to deal with. Account managers and Customer Relationship Managers can be a pain to deal with.
