Not worth the time or money

Pros

Paid training and a stipend

Cons

Long hours with no gurantee of pay. Bad leads - be prepared to get yelled at a lot for follow up on "pre-screened leads" Management literally asks you to churn business which can lead to you getting your license revoked.

Toxic

Pros

Decent salary for the position and location

Cons

no standard processes, one day one way was correct and the next you were getting a crappy email telling you do it another way. Pretty catty and toxic seeing how everyone in management would be CC'd on emails almost in a tattletale way. No feedback on performance unless it was negative; very little praise or motivation

Not Good

Pros

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Cons

Everything. The management is poor and not professional. The company's expectations are too high for a commission only job. The benefits are based on high production annually which is unrealistic and not fair.
