Pros

Combined provides you with all you need to be a successful sales person. Their supplemental insurance products are excellent, Disability Income, Accident & sickness protection, Critical and Cancer policies and Life insurance. The training you are given takes you from a ZERO to a hero! Starting with License training , Two weeks in their Chicago Sales School and then paid field training. They give you an ongoing supply of company paid leads, Full benefits, bonuses, residuals... its a great vehicle for anyone looking at a sales career.

Cons

You need to be highly desciplined, have great time management skills and be super moivated. You need to be a self starter since once you are trained your managers do not micro manage. There really are no regulare hours so you need to be flexible with your schedule.

Pros

Training was kinda fun but really creepy. They worship the founder of the company like he is the second coming of Christ. Commission structure okay.

Cons

Products are crap as they are basically one size fits all solutions. Leads are terrible. Designed to sell a sub par product to low income individuals who don't know any better. High lapse rate. Made me feel like a skeezy used car salesman.
