Pros

Great experience, love my coworkers.

Cons

seems like management doesn't care about their employees when it comes to applying to internal positions, always want to pick people outside the company or outsource to another company.

Pros

A Chubb Company. Competitive policies except Life Insurance

Cons

Disorganized, understaffed in support and claims. Claims take way too long to pay or dispute. No weekend or late hours in support or claims. Doesn't inform new hires that they have to produce $500 each week after training . If not salary stops. New leads only go to the top producers. Website for consumers is not compelling. High turnover. Too many meetings.
