Good pay and benefits and room for growth if you actually take a chance and apply yourself

Cons

Management is wonky. Favoritism and professionalism is dead to many. Shark tank environment at times

Pros

It's great being able to help the customer with their issues.

Cons

Make sure you follow the "script" it is more important than helping the customer. It's an overly stressful job that you get "it" from both sides.
