I love how I am trusted by my higher ups to do my job. The confidence and knowledge I've gained working for Comcast has been immense. I have grown so much not only in my professional but personal life even more so. Comcast has given me so much in life and I would not be where I am today without the opportunities that I have been given. I have had the opportunity to be who I am through and through and Comcast has taught me that I do belong.

Cons

Compensation for the work that I do. I am paid well, but the amount of work that I do and continue to receive on my plate. I wear so many different hats and get stretched so thin in my day to day work that I feel I should be compensated more for the work I do in the company.

Pay, benefits, flexibility, potential to grow, free universal studios tickets

Cons

Unfortunately in order to move up in this company it's not what you know but who you know. Alot of the people in upper management got there because of friends hiring them and in turn they hire friends under them. So you will get passed up for positions by people who have less experience and in some cases have never even been in that type of role unless you play the high school popularity contest. If you're someone who knows how to do a job well but isn't the most social person you will not promote in this company.
