Great starting salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses, incentives, excellent benefits, team culture, inclusive, great leadership, invests in their employees, free internet and Peacock, free Universal Studios passes every year, free Financial Advisors available, discounted cable and phone services, yearly salary raise with positive evaluation, PTO and great company culture

Cons

Not the most competitive pricing in the market, no quota relief if you use PTO, high stress, internal systems and processes need work, chargebacks when customers don’t pay their first bill

If you're hitting all of your targets, you make great money and they leave you alone.

Cons

If you dip at all, for any reason, they rush you out like no tomorrow. New management successfully hid my performance improvement plan from me by not notifying me that I was even on one until I was on the third month of the plan.
