Shifts rotate every 6 months depending on performance. Not really a con this one is on you.

The monthly bonus was like getting an income tax check every month until they started lower it

Cons

they kept lowering the bonuses but raising the metric goals. The metric system they use is horrible u almost have to be a mathematician to figure it out . They should make it easier.
