Pros

As a technician, job security had never crossed my mind. Plenty of work. Plenty of overtime, but the with you hard and sometimes feels as if the management running things has no idea how things really are in the field.

Cons

Bad upper management, very out of touch and metrics are mostly unreachable. Many obstacles purposely put in the way to make it hard to hit your "progression".
