Great pay benefits and training. Company offers lots of perks and cares about it's employees. Free cable doesn't hurt either.

Cons

Cannot take advantage of free employee services if you don't live within the cable plant. Hard to transfer out of region.

Pros

Supervisors generally seem to care about employees. Anybody over that starts to care less. Pay is decent. Benefits are really pretty outstanding. 401k match and company stock options are nice additions. I would highly recommend this job for anybody that doesn't mind working and can get along with strangers.

Cons

Slow days make for log days. Sometimes customers are not in the best mood. just do your best to understand their situation and it will all be just fine.
