Pros
Excellent perks and benefits. Stock options available to employees. Customer care positions are fully remote.
Cons
No longer a growing organization. Culture has shifted from remote jobs to a "return to office" mentality so if you are not in customer care you are expected to work in an office building. No ability to get ahead progress as a leader unless you are in Sales. Salary pay scale tends to be less than industry standards because " the perks and benefits make up for the lack in pay through savings."
