Great team and immediate leadership. Interesting work on exciting products and technology.

Cons

The problems come in from the C-level and VP-level folks being completely out of touch. Across the board merit "raises" that have not gotten close to keeping up with inflation despite record revenue and profits, which make them effectively and functionally wage cuts for the overwhelming majority of employees. Terrible response post-Covid re: return-to-office vs remote work policies.
