Note: Comcast Chennai experience 1. Huge discrimination if you don't Know Tamil or Telugu language then this company is not for you because almost every important conversation happens in that language and 95% of employees know Tamil or telgu. 2. Work culture is so bad firstly they will hire you with 4 rounds (3 technical round and 1 HR) of interviews as devlopment engineer 1 as a fresher after that they will not provide any training to you relevant to the task they provide . And they expect you to complete by own and your team will not help you anyhow to understand what you have to do everything you have to do by own . If you ask them (your manager or teammate ) they will write a mail as a review. 3. Firstly they hired me as a development eng 1 as a fresher then they will not provide training 3. I am not talking about every team but i felt that most of the time they will give you negative feedback even she has not reviewed the task , when asked she said , she won't review. 4. Worst work culture experience they will not recognise you even you have completed you entire task . 5. Laid off:- It is written by many sites company don't lay off but they will forcefully tell you to give personal reason to resign from the company. They will torcher you manipulate you and made you feel you are not capable for IT sector as bad as you can think. Even if you don't write they will take your laptop and they will write as I want to resign because of my personal reason. 6. When i asked them why they are doing so they tell coz your logic is not clear. Even after taking 3 tech round of interview by manager , senior development engineers , and 1 HR round of interview . They didn't know they hired someone who's logic is not clear.
