Pros

- Great place to start your career - Good work life balance - Great perks - Work is meaningful

Cons

- Long term upward mobility is not always contingent on performance alone. As you get further up the chain, people need to leave for you to advance in many scenarios.

Pros

Good people and very relevant tech stack. Flexible working hours and good benefits. Good place to start a career.

Cons

Layoffs are becoming a constant issue. In past years, re orgs with layoffs would only happen every 1-1.5 years. Now there has been layoffs every few months. Promotion and hiring freezes have been in place for the last 3 years. This makes it very difficult to move up and had caused employees with junior level titles to be performing senior level tasks. Many people have been at the same level for over 4 years without a promotion despite excellent performance reviews. 4 days a week in office is now being tracked via badge swipes.
