      Good salary, Good environment if you're in good team

      Cons

      In India, Manager mindset is service based company mindset. Does not recognize work efforts. Managers wat to see you working all time, only then you are considered great worker. Some teams work late night also, forced to join meetings late nights. Poor work-life balance
