Pros

Above average pay but less compared to other MNCs. Good benefits: health coverage, paid time off, PF & VPF, Phone/internet bill reimbursement. Nice office environment. Used to have nice work life balance, lately becoming like a service company, I left in April 2023.

Cons

Hiring is exclusively based on "where you are from", some times people like me falls through cracks(Contractor to Employee), in 4 years they made sure I have to go out if I want to move on to next level. Some engineers will never go on to next level, because of regional politics, I tried to become a manager but didn't even got a screening. I’m from Maharastra. 100% of Managers and above are from same ethnicity, that tells you something.
