Pros

Lots of good people, excellent benefits, growing company, cutting edge technology

Cons

Very bottom line oriented. They are not happy with earning 50% margins, which other companies would kill for. If you are in what is considered "administration" i.e. finance, accounting, HR, Gov't relations, etc, your job can be eliminated at a moments notice. Once you leave the company, it's virtually impossible to get back in. Older workers looking for mid level managerial positions are not in demand.

Pros

Great inclusive family culture. Benefits package is fantastic. Company is always evolving and growing - it's great to be a part of a company that is always looking to the future.

Cons

Some departments tend to reward positions at lower levels (organizational and experience) with higher compensation for various reasons which makes it harder for those employees to move into other areas of the business at the same level. This is common in many companies, though.
