Pros

Golden handcuffs level of pay. You start earning quickly with ramp pay until you get your bearings on the sales process. Free cable and internet are a nice perk Decent benefits

Cons

Unless you love sales, it'll be difficult to: Bid for better shifts Keep up with the metrics including conversation driving requirements Adapt to their already increasing lines of service Earn better calls Sustain your mental wellbeing
