Pros

Amazing benefits, great culture, supportive leadership and fun calls

Cons

Getting tech support calls on the sales line, because you have to try to sell services to a person who is frustrated and having technical issues

Pros

Free internet/cable services and my coworkers are kind. Training was great too but the pros end there.

Cons

Ridiculous goals, it’s all about selling cell phones now. Commission is abysmal. You can make the same money at Target with half the stress. You can be fired at any moment. Non stop calls with micromanaging supervisors. I have sales experience and my supervisor does not. It’s frustrating to sit in a meeting getting feedback from managers who have never taken a single call.
