Very Innovative. Truly feel like the company is set up for success in the future

Extremely layered managment. 9 layers of management above analysts. Hard to make changes and be innovative when this many heads are involved... Job opportunities to move up is limited.... Huge budget for data but low budget when it comes to head count. Pays slightly lower than industry standard probably due the "Big Name" that they hold...
