Pros

For the most part, very smart and friendly co-workers. Good focus on "the big picture" and growing market share through new products.

Cons

Very heavy-duty office politics; sometimes people don't want to hear about problems/issues; it's a "who you know" kind of company.

Pros

Total compensation package OK, some technology is leading, interesting to work in the Cable industry, free cable and internet, good people for the most part

Cons

Balkanization of departments, slowness to deploy new products, divergent infrastructure makes it harder to deploy that it should be, salaries not keeping up with industry
