Pros

Benefits are ok. Huge discount on services. Management and culture is decent

Cons

Horrible pay comparable to other positions at similar companies. They keep culture good to keep people from complaining about compensation. The most anti-union company I’ve ever worked for. Comcast needs a union

Pros

It’s a job that pays something. Ok benefits. “Free” services. But more like highly discounted services. Pretty decent culture and environment. Diverse. Work from home.

Cons

*Just a reminder- Comcast Market Cap is $151 Billion USD* It’s a job that undervalues and under pays their employees compared to other large billion dollar companies by a wide, wide margin. Incredible 0-3% merit raises a year (getting blown out the water by inflation and now live in an expensive Cardboard shack) Only a 401k for retirement. Benefits are expensive compared to other companies. Can get pretty micro manage-e. Non-union (desperately needs a Union) Work life balance is horrible. Always doing shift bids every year and vacation days are extremely limited. No clear path to promote to because all next level promotions are now out of state! Overworked and under paid!

Great benefits, the hourly rate is OK but acceptable for someone just starting out.

Cons

Can be a high pace atmosphere especially during storm seasons.
