      Good Work life balance Nice infrastructure, hybrid and cab facility. Good hikes every year, if you work on your goals and build your ties well

      Cons

      There is selective favoritism and group formations in some Business Units, Referral hiring is not transparent, TA filter based on certain background criteria or recommendations.
