I left because of the continued downsizing and more and more work to do which impacted work/life balance. In my case I wanted a change in what I was doing, accepted a very large and new subsystem that I was excited to work on, but my old work remained (which was supposed to go away) which means I was essentially working two jobs. I wasn't having that, so I left.
