Great health benefits, free cable, decent bonus, Very helpful coworkers and immediate managers, I learned so much here.

Cons

Pay rate is low compared to other project manager roles. Upper leadership is very tough with unrealistic expectations

The work culture is very inclusive and welcoming. On-site gym, multiple cafes and coffee shops, beautiful views in both CTC/CC.

Cons

Working in downtown Philly can be shady at times, so keep your head on a swivel.
