Benefits and discount on services are great.
Cons
Comcast doesn’t care about their front line employees. There is little support for agents that take calls, over the last several years calls have gotten worse. Back to back calls for over a year, and nothing was done to help relieve call volume. Comcast made a promise to move away from outsources and instead they release agents and hire more outsourcers. Customer service quality has dropped tremendously.
