Pros

Vacation Bonuses Holiday Pay Make just enough to still qualify for assisted living/housing (is this on purpose?....maybe a bad thing though)

Cons

- Until you leave it's harder to spot them. - Leadership will act like they listen but reality is they end up using you and running with your ideas as if they were their own. - It seems as if the supervisors are walking zombies that will (sometimes, and not all of them) find it within themselves to be a great person but when that happens they are shut down by their more senior leadership. - Although suggestions seem to be heard they seemed to often end up on deaf ears far too often - One truly cannot explain how hard it is to realize the bad way this building is ran until you step away and allow yourself to experience another workplace

Pros

Discounted Cable, Free Tickets to Universal, and Comcast Stock.

Cons

The environment at Comcast Spotlight shows how disgusting corporate life is. There is a disconnect between the account executives and their manager. It is unfortunate how un-motivating the work environment was, people complain, things never get done even when brought up to corporate and other higher ups. Managers barely care about you, they say they want you to succeed and then they try to sabotage your every move for instance by taking accounts from other people, by favoring other executives for their family connections. If you dislike micromanagement, low wages and an environment where you are constantly losing brain cells then this job might be for you.

Pros

PTO, closed on holidays, free internet and cable

Cons

The company only cares about upper management. There is a 10 minute grace period until you are considered late, then my dept was told we had to use our vacation if we were a minute late. It took several calls to HR to fix it. There are monthly surveys to fill out about the company/dept, but nothing ever gets done to address your complaints.
