Pros
Effectv is a Comcast company, it is responsible for the advertising side of the company. Because of this, the job opportunity pool is very large to choose from. Benefits are better than most. Fertility care is covered in insurance plans. Cable services are extremely cheap.
Cons
The company wants you to have time to expand your knowledge but with the workload, you can't utilize that time. Deadlines are tight. Management can't keep employees in some departments long enough because the employees are worked too hard. Management creates higher to reach goals to kick someone out the door if they dont fit into their plan. Compensation is very low compared to other companies. Inclusion is only inclusive for some, not all. You are not free to have your own beliefs if you do not agree with the majority or follow along. Upper management is completely clueless.
