Pros

Good compensation and benefits package

Cons

Terrible business practices, including forced training videos framing BIPOC as problem customers. During the pandemic when low income people needed good internet they didn't offer discounts on the right packages for larger low income families to stay connected to work remote or attend school. Encouraged to force those low income clients into high cost packages instead of offering relief. During this time, Comcast saw a huge jump in profits and raised prices TWICE during Covid 19. All the while they were ALSO firing/laying off many managers and long time employed administrative assistants. They wanted to maximize their new found jump in profits more so, and to do that, on top of the layoffs, they gave current managers, who were used to teams of about 8 agents, teams of 20+ agents . Not great behavior or business practices. They are as slimy as you'd expect. There is a reason so many people hate Comcast

Pros

Getting to talk to hundreds of different people on the phone each month. Being able to work from home. Easy to use software. Great benefits.

Cons

Terrible inconsistency with instructions from management. Little to no clarification or time for review regarding performance metrics. Massively multi-layered management structure. No time to build bonds or relationships with both customers and coworkers/supervisors.
