Not a good site to work at if you know you can do better

easy interview process, fast transition into payroll, good benefits and free cable after 3 months
Cons
speaking strictly for the Hialeah system: extremely unprofessional management and staff at every level from operations manager down to custodian. my training instructor seemed more interested in listening to the sound of his own voice than properly training the class. the entire staff of technicians are immature and waste alot of time throughout the day goofing around. if you are not well versed in making continuous, totally irrelevant small talk with people simply to be "part of the team" you will be let go. if you consider yourself to be highly educated and this job is just something to tide you over until something better comes along consider something else because dealing with such a low class of people is simply not worth the stress.
