The pay could be more competitive with similar positions in the market. Never 100% confident your job is safe due to constant reorgs and layoffs

Over the last 5 years it’s became very impersonal. Working from home has been great but it used to feel like somewhere to belong and made some amazing bonds with people who have been long gone because of how upper management has shifted. Of course it’s a business and a business needs money but that’s literally all we are, number crunchers. Ridiculous metrics, continuously stacking more responsibilities but doing absolutely nothing to pay raises. Made sales a required metric for departments That deal with the most upset angry customers and expect you to sell to them when we already had a dedicated sales team. No sale to the back to back to back calling angry, overcharged customers? Get wrote up. 3 write ups for not being able to sale? Fired. Gave up so many departments and positions to outsourcing over seas who we watch do blatant fraud, lie to the customer and promise so much just to dump them on the actual in house employees once the customer knows they were lied to then hold us to their metrics lol it’s a joke. Pay is decent if you make it work, oh and free therapy sessions cause your mental is going to DECLINE.
