A lot of customers are unhappy with the company. I spent valuable time talking to them with minimal opportunities to make sales. Unrealistic quotas. Poor management. Constant changes that aren't always good. The companies poor reputation make it far too difficult to gain sales from the calls that you get resulting in termination when you don't hit goals over a period of time. The management doesn't seem to know how to sell and are learning themselves as they go which is not good. The fact people have no other option in some places for a cable provider seems to be the main reason they keep xfinity services.
