Pros

Love my team, excellent manager.

Cons

Pay - the pay is laughable. Not competitive at all, has been. Has been brought to upper managements attention several times, they will not budge. They approved titles changes, but no salary change to fit the new titles Growth - non existent. You wont transition into another role unless there is a reorganization or someone has left. No upward mobility. Just department hopping. We are now back in office three days a week for more “collaborative” work. But my office is more than half empty because other teams have been granted permanent remote work …… not much collaborating taking place. The office is so empty and lacking of energy … the lights turn off due to no movement. It’s quite depressing.

Pros

It's an amazing place to work. I love the atmosphere and people. No matter where you go it's a great environment. There's potential to grow. Great benefits.

Cons

The pay is the only con I have. I worked there for 5 yrs. 4yrs in advertising operations and still don't make 50k when other companies are paying 60-70k. I've reached the highest point in the role and I'm not making 50k.

Pros

- PTO - Stock Purchasing Plan - 401K - Free cable/internet

Cons

Toxic Product - you're basically selling dog garbage advertising products that's not a fit to SMB & Mid Market. Toxic Sales Cycle - clearly nobody watches their kind of TV anymore and SMB clients come on and churn and Effectv think it's the AE's fault for not educating the client well. Toxic Management / Career Growth - when ask any management how you can be anything else beside sales in Effectv they will tell you "go to president's club." Low Pay - 40k-50k compared to 80k BASE to the rest of the tech industry.
