Pros

Fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial, competitive, cutting edge products and fun projects Amazing benefits package, talented co-workers and great freebies Lots of opportunity to navigate your own course.

Cons

Too many silos, duplicate projects and efforts, cutthroat battles and nasty office politics. Fast follower approach seems dated considering the dominance of of this company in the marketplace. Over 40 and not a VP? You've just become invisible. Heavy and overt age bias.

Pros

Benefits Cable is included with your benefits. You pay only $40.00 for renting the equipment. BVE - VoiP is a new Department and has low volume of calls. They will train you for Tier I Tech Support. So far a little lay back.

Cons

They use too many database to track customer. They have too many software application to track VoIP issues. Take too long to retrieve customer id and resolve the issue due to multiple applications.
