      Good benefits, respect needs of family and family time.

      Lack of management communication, lack of leadership ability in upper management, majority of work force do just enough to get by.

      Hit and Miss with Great Co-Workers

      Pros

      Very social and casual environment. Great youthful energy.

      Cons

      Very hard to work first 6-9 months due to horrible selection of schedule. With such bad selection, quotas are hard to attain for many to "earn" the better schedules. Shift changes are every 6 months.
