Pros

Great benefits, complementary video & internet service and discounted telephone service.

Cons

The organization is so large I believe it is losing is core values and service is suffering as a result. Employee moral for non-exempt staff seems less sufficient than that of exempt staff.

Pros

-opportunity and benefits that come from working for a large organization -when paired with a successful manager, it's often quite easy to favorably stand out-what it takes is the willingness to involve yourself in organizational improvement tasks and to take on the corresponding additional work and responsibility

Cons

-at this level, success is tied to the competence of your manager -unrealistic metrics goals, which are often moving targets -difficult to replace poorly performing supervisors, though their poor performance is detrimental to your own
